@ Roadman222 Yah looks like the same manufacturer. These pics were taken at 50 F. Seems there is no solution. People are warranting the cover only to have the same thing happen. Seems to be an old problem. Sorry I bought the hard tri-fold should have spent the money on a good quality soft tonneau. Would love to know who makes these for Toyota. Seems like the glue softens in the sun and then expansion makes it bubbles. Bubbles are tacky if you press them down. Thought OEM would be good quality wrong.
