At 302,000 miles I’ve decided to start the journey to partially restore and customize my original owner 1st gen Tundra.

so far, I have replaced the drivers door latch, tailgate, tailgate latches, tailgate handle, Front headlight housings and upgraded the stereo and all speakers for the 2nd time, Bedrug bed mat, and a Tonno Pro soft folding Tonneau cover

i’m in the process of installing durafit front bucket seat covers. Very pleased with the passenger cover. But I’ve got to get some new foam before I can do the driver’s seat.

next up, timing belt, Bilstein 5100 shocks with 1” lift, 1” block in back, LBJ’s, (shoutout to Josh at 1st Gen Offroad),pop and lock kit, front and rear outer belt weatherstrips

next year new bigger tires and wheels, then a partial or complete paint job

Further down the road, probably an aftermarket limited slip differential
