While hand washing my truck I noticed this panel moving. Took it in to the local dealership service dept. After 3 hour wait, service advisor says Toyota wouldn't cover it because it appears there was "outside influence". WTF? As you can see there's not apparent sign of damage. Going to have to find a better dealership.
