Cracked oil filter bracket after dealer oil change

Hello, I wanted to see if you think I got a fair shake from a dealer service dept. I took in for a oil change. A month later it had been leaking on my driveway I could not take into shop earlier as I'm a disabled veteran who was laid up at home. When I took into today for oil leak diagnosis a cracked oil filter bracket was found to be the cause of leak. They want me to pay for something I didn't cause. However, they were the last entity to touch oil bracket.

 

I think that they should replace it and cover the cost of the part and the labor since they broke it. Sadly, the new reality seems to be that competency is declining and and fewer places are able or want to do the right thing.

I appreciate the vote of confidence. I reported them to Toyota main and the dept of texas motor vehicles who investigates these type of claims. Well see where this goes. Meantime I'm without my baby. This tundra never has left me stranded
