Mine's at the dealership today for this issue. The service rep just called and said they cleared out the code, took it for a test drive and it came back. Now they're keeping it overnight to continue to investigate... SMH

Turns out it was a bad airflow sensor. Glad to see things breaking after a few weeks of ownership. Part’s on backorder.

So I just bought a 2023 Toyota tundra platinum I haven’t even made my first payment on the highway. I get the same error message and the truck won’t go past 15 miles an hour. funny thing is is I turned it off and turn it back on. Error messages are gone. I’m glad I took those pictures and just like everyone else I came from ford

The causes seem to be all over the place. My ‘23 with 1500mi popped up this same warning this morning just starting it. Hadnt even moved so I don’t think it’s the parking brake (but I’m gonna try the fix mentioned here tomorrow) Going to also connect my OBD scanner and try and read and reset codes. Leaving on a 3000mi trip soon and don’t want it stuck in the shop. Nor do I want to not have cruise control. Ughh.
*UPDATE* Loose Gas Cap!! Reset code and all back to norm. Why the heck would they throw that dash warning for an Evap leak? Crazy. (Dealer could tell the average owner anything and then charge them accordingly)

Old thread but now happening to mine at 1600 miles. Does this happen for just a variety of reasons or what’s going on?

    -check engine light
-Advanced intelligent ultrasonic .... Cruise control doesn't work.

Parking support brake malfunction + check engine errors on tundra 2024 limited trd. At 566 miles. Am I holding the record for the lowest miles ?
Didn’t know about this thread so did not try the trick with resetting the error just brought it to a dealer. Even the dealer was surprised seeing the error at this mileage. On top of that tailgate open light is always on . apparently tailgate not close enough to shut off the sensor. Coming from Honda Pilot 2010 with 167k miles and with only rear bushings and cabin fan replaced over 13 years. I was afraid that my old pilot would stop in a middle of a fire road in mountains so got tundra and now back driving my pilot.

update for the check engine light:
It turned out to be the coolant thermostat, it was replaced and everything went back to normal. The mechanic said, most of the systems functions overlap and if one thing goes wrong many systems will fail. it’s BMW concept IMHO.
