2021 OEM model TG97409 Bed Cover; Toyota Rail System; Stake pockets

Hi all,
Been using Tundras.com for my research in finally purchasing a 2021 Tundra 1794 w/ TRD sport package. Finally snagged one with 38k on it at Carmax. Now to the fun part in adding, modifying, etc.!

So, it has the OEM hard folding bed cover, but no rail system which I was hoping to have. My guess is it may not work as Toyota designed the rail system with this cover installed, but not sure. In the research and investigation stage.

If I can not put the rail system with this hard cover on, does anyone have some great solutions for adding individual tie downs for loads, etc.? Assume these would probably be the type that screw into wall of truck bed. This unit has the protective black bed in it as well, so not sure how that might affect adding either the rail system, or individual tie downs.

I have looked at possibly getting a hard cover I found online that WILL work with the rail system, IF it won't work with this OEM cover, but of course that's more money and having to take off the OEM and mounting a new one.

I leave it at this for now.

Only other thing is I believe I found that Toyota eliminated stake pockets on the 2021? Can anyone confirm this? That was a possible solution I had for that type of tie down.

do you have spray on bed liner or a large plastic bed liner? do you have the factory tie downs inside the bed?
