I am hoping to add fog lights to my 2021 Tundra SR (work truck). Any suggestions on parts, installation, etc?

Some of these trucks come pre-wired for fog lights. If you go down near the fog light location, do you see anything there? If not, you'll need the whole shebang.

For the bumper you'll need to get new fog light bezels. You should be able to find them relatively cheaply. Maybe $50 for a set. For the fogs, since you have nothing I recommend picking something up that is at least good quality, and an improvement over OEM. Our current favorites are the Diode Dynamics Elites or SS3 pods. You would need to pick up one of these kits as well as a wiring harness since you likely don't have the onboard OEM switches.

    SS3 Fogs - https://hotshotoffroad.com/products/type-b-ss3-led-fog-light-kit-tundra

    Wiring harnesses
Light duty if you're doing Elite, SS3 Sport or Pro, AND you're okay with running the switch provided on the DD harness - https://hotshotoffroad.com/products/light-duty-wiring-harness-4-pin-w-3-way-switch
Heavy duty harness if you run SS3 max AND/OR you want to run a different switch on any of the other fog light options - https://hotshotoffroad.com/products/heavy-duty-wiring-harness-4-pin-w-3-way-switch

Thanks on the feedback. I believe the wiring is in place. See the picture. I do figure I’ll need a switch added. Does this look reasonable?

Yep those look like the right wires. Now we gotta see if there’s anything run into the cab. Can you confirm that there are no fog light buttons, dead switches by your knee or on the left stalk, or terminating wires down by your left knee behind the dash?

I need to find connectors to plug into my harness to things like the fog lights that are no longer there, as well as the BSM's. I am not sure how to source connectors to keep them from corrosion

I have a similar 2021 Tundra SR. It has the pigtails for the fog lights, I have the lights installed, and a relay in the correct spot in the fuse box. The truck has Auto lights and DRLs, there is not a fog light switch on the turn signal stalk. Where and what am I looking for to install a push button switch in the dash near the Auto switch (lower left of the steering wheel)?

    Thank you.

    Welcome to the forum..

    As to your situation;
Fog light power on/off is run thru the ECU, the Stalk switch, and the dash combination meter (I guess there is a light that tells you they are on).

If you can find this grey wire off the relay, I'm sure you could run your own on/off switch from there.
You might need another relay to only have them come on when the truck is on.

Or maybe find this red wire off the stalk switch plug, it seems once it is grounded, the fog lights should come on..
It would be pin 4 on the J10 stalk switch..

Thanks, to confirm, the pink and blue wires are the same from the Eddie V3 description in another post? The grey wire should be in the mix with the pink and blue?

The grey wire will be coming off the relay going to the ECU.
I think if you were to connect that wire to ground, it would turn on the fog lights.
So if you put a switch in between the relay and ground it would turn the lights on and off.

Perhaps @RainMan_PNW will chime in when he has a few minutes..
He is much better than I explaining this stuff.

As well if you grounded the red wire from pin 26 out of the ECU to pin 4 on the stalk switch plug, I think the fog lights would come on.

I'm surprised your SR even has the fog light plugs.
I think in the older Tundras they didn't have them.

If you wanted to add the stalk switch, this might help..

I was told that now Toyota just uses a standard wiring harness for all of their trucks, so every Tundra has the wires for fog lights in the front bumper. My truck didn't have intermittent wipers either, but I successfully installed the new stalk switch for those. I would install a new stalk for the fog lights and just go that route, but I don't see a stalk that has the Auto Lights feature and the Fog Light option? Installing a new stalk would be much simpler than trying to trace wires from ECUs. Is there a part number listing for a light stalk that has both Auto/DRL and Fog Lights? I'm assuming there is because of the higher end trucks have all of the lights?

This thread is a little old now, but in case it's still relevant to anyone that comes across it, here is how I had my 2021 wired for fog lights. I bought the cheapest housings on Amazon or Ebay, a cheap set of LED bulbs, and everything fit in perfectly and worked great. They would automatically come on along with the headlights. That is a heavy gauge wire you have there
